Had an incident where at 4:30am there was a knock on the door when answered the person on the other side said they need to check the room my response was I don't know you and was not going to open the door unless the front desk called me to verify who was on the other side. The front desk did call and said they had an issue with their panel and needed to check the room. The person on the other side came back I opened the door so he could inspect he came in with attitude did not say one word then left without informing me of the problem or consideration for waking us up.
I went to the front desk later on the at day to complain and provide feedback ion how the situation should have gone first being the front desk calling us to inform us of the problem and that someone was coming up to inspect, then when the gentleman that came in to inspect should let us know what the problem was then apologize for the inconvenience. The lady at the front desk taking my complaint was very apologetic and said she would let management know but I don't know if they received the complaint due to no follow up. Other than that it would have been 5 bones. Staff for the most part was friendly, rooms clean, bed comfy and breakfast was good.
