  Great location, great room!

  We had a riverside room and a balcony that provided us with amazing views of the river wildlife, morning and evening river traffic that was included the local fishermen as well as sightseers. All were pleased with the extra large television in order to watch our favorite team on Sunday football! All-in-all, it was a great experience. We will definitely be back!

  Poorly managed

  Didn't give us the room paid for in reservation. Went to office and ask to speak to Manager. I was told manager was not in. That the manager would get ahold of us next day. I left phone number with front desk. The manager never contacted us. The room was dirty. Mold around tub area, left behind nut shell on balcony and behind cabinet in the room. Floors where filthy. The people above where very noisy all through the night. The next day I went to speak with manager about the noise. She was rude and called us liars. She over talked me and was very aggressive.

  I asked to speak with the owner she said she is the owner. She said she owned and managed the motel. She refused to give me her name. Basically told us to leave if we don't like it and that they have right to refuse service to anyone. We reluctantly stayed the duration of our time. We will not be back and will not recommend the motel. It is poorly cared for and managed. Best thing about the 3 days was Jerry's Rogue Jet boats (Brandon) and The Landing Spot restaurant (Tammy). The people in both places are awesome and do a great job!! Motel is a huge disappointment.

  Nice Location with green space

  The room was updated and very nice. Clean. Comfy. Great space to walk dog and good food at the restaurant! The drawback was in the A.M. with no breakfast & very poor coffee service. No sugar or milk. End of the flask of coffee was like mud. Looked like a nice common space, but not ready for visitors! Need more frequent garbage disposal for dog poop bags. Otherwise, it was a clean & comfy stay!!!

  Very pleased!

  Nice clean rooms, comfortable bed, (I can’t remember when I’ve slept so good) clean property, friendly staff, and a beautiful view! The dogs loved the balcony! Already planning to come back for a longer stay.

  Great location

  Great location on the Rogue river. Rooms have an enclosed porch with great views. Rooms are equipped with a fan for air movement. Beds were a little hard and walls thin. Nice area for pups to walk outside along the river

  More than Pleasantly Surprised

  Booked our first night while on the road. It was such a nice stay after a day of exploring we booked a second night! The newly remodeled room was open, clean, with an amazing view! There is a pet fee, but the cost of a night was still more than reasonable. The pet rooms where on the second floor so might need to ask for lower level availability if traveling with an arthritic companion. Overall would definitely recommend! Will return in the future!
