As far as dog friendly goes, it's good. Beachfront, balconies with railings, and plenty of grass and walking areas. As far as humans go, the hotel is VERY dated (circa 1970's) and mattresses are hard as rock.

We'd give this hotel ten bones if we could. A spacious, clean room. Easy beach access. Great location with plenty of parking. A nice breakfast, fresh baked cookies in the lobby, dog treats and a bed cover in the room. Friendly staff We'll be back for sure.

Great place to stay with your dog in Seaside. Gorgeous views of the beach and it is within walking distance of many restaurants and stores. Highly recommend this hotel!

We live fairly close to Seaside so knew the location we wanted to stay at. This hotel is right on the sand dunes leading to the ocean and is right on the boardwalk that runs north-south. The staff were friendly. The room was good but could use updating (structurally). The king bed was comfy too which was surprising. We had a room on the first floor which had a balcony that faced the ocean. It was a big enough room for two adults and two 50 lb Vizslas. They provided a water bowl, a towel and a sheet for us to use for the pups and even gave a couple of dog treats. We’d stay here again.

The best location anywhere for a dog friendly hotel, right in front of the beach. The person at the front desk was wonderful. We felt very welcome to have our two golden retrievers. A towel, water bowl and biscuits were part of the welcome—so thoughtful.

Doggo was provided a dedicated sheet and a couple towels as well as a water bowl and some treats in a room facing the ocean (unusual for a pet friendly room). The upstairs neighbors kept us awake until 3am so soundproofing is lacking, and the only reason it’s not 5 bones. This was a return visit for us. Would come back again.

Good time, close to the beach. Boardwalk right outside the hotel. Outdated rooms and not completely cleaned but the location made up for some of that. Quiet, relaxing. Overall, ok.

Was pleasantly surprised to get a unit with a kitchenette (2 burner stove, refrigerator, DW and microwave). The location and the view were spectacular. We stayed over the weekend and noted that part of the floor appeared to be rotting where the carpet and rug met in kitchen, and some updates and sprucing up were needed for repairs. All in all though, not a bad place to stay. For the amount we paid $185 per night, it likely due to being on the promenade, very close to the main downtown area. My dog was happy here people and dog watching from the patio, and being on the main floor was definitely a plus. Again, only complaint was that it needs some work. Bed was comfortable, room was clean.

We had a great time here. It's within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Plus everyone that works there was great to our dogs.

First of all, the staff was super nice! I only paid $75 a night! The room was cozy and had a kitchen. The downsides were that there were stains on the carpet. They said they were in the process of updating the rooms. Also, there are rooms with a beach view and ones in a separate building. I didn’t care so much about the view so I opted to pay less. One thing the building w/o the view doesn’t have is a grassy pet area. Every morning and night we had to walk over to the other building to the grassy area. It was fine but would have been nice to have it at both buildings.

Super pet-friendly! They give a basket explaining what’s available for your pet and how to take advantage of their continental breakfast even if you brought a dog.... treats, bags, extra towels etc provided! Fantastic location, literally twenty steps to the beach 🐾

I found a Groupon for this hotel and since thry allow dogs I made a reservation. Mazy and I felt very welcome. There was a welcome basket for Mazy and every staff member greeted her. Lovely place!
