  Five Bones!!!

  Highly recommend this stop! Christy at the front desk was so friendly and so helpful! We stayed in King room, first floor, end of hall by an exit door so we could see our car right outside our window and had easy access to walk our dogs. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Our two big dogs were comfortable and there were amazing grass areas for walking and potty. The property is located right at the PA turnpike in a lovely park like setting. We ordered food from the local Italian restaurant for dinner which was delivered to the property. And breakfast included eggs, sausage and toast/english muffins. This was a one night stop on a cross country drive. I was stressed about finding a place that we could stay with our two big dogs.

  There was not any fenced in area for pups to roam; however, there was mowed path behind the hotel that led to small stream.

  There is plenty of green space for walking or throwing a ball with your dog and or family. Clean and quiet hotel!

  Great property

  Very nice clean room. Lots of green space for pup. Many nearby restaurants. Due to weather we were able to leave dog in car while we ate. Many restaurants with outdoor tables with umbrellas, but too cold for us that evening.

  Great Location For Dog Walks

  This hotel is not in the business district and you have to drive an extra five minutes from the main highway to get to it, BUT ITS SO WORTH IT! Nestled back in a small park-like business park, there is plenty of room for your dog (and you) to stretch your legs. The hotel has a nice large grassy area next to the parking lot for pets to be walked. But the bonus is, the business park's main tenant Giant Foods has a .75 mile long paved nature trail around the whole park.

  We took a nice stroll around it when we arrived, after dinner, and before we left the next day. My dog couldn't have been happier. The second bonus is that it's just a short walk down a side path to a beautiful picturesque trout stream. The hotel was clean and pleasant and it was nice to get a free breakfast in the morning. If you were looking for dinner options you would have to drive back to the main business district, but that didn't matter to us. All that matters to us is our dog's comfort when we travel, and this place was perfect.

  Best location

  This was a very decent hotel smelled decent inside room was clean shower was clean beds were good. The pet potty area was superb. Good location. The only bad part was when we got there at was so late they said they had cancelled our reservation, but they fixed it, and checkout was at noon instead of 11 and that helped.

  Great place to stay with a dog

  Not fancy but clean and quiet. Lots of green areas to walk your dog. We don't often stay in Carlisle but would stay there again if we do.

  Super pet friendly!

  We were traveling with our four cats, moving back home to Boston from Texas. It took three days by car, and the first night we stopped in TN. We had to tell the front desk that we only had two cats, since that was their limit. The next night I called BringFido, and they found the Comfort Inn in Carlisle, PA that agreed to accept all four cats! What a relief that was! The hotel was also very clean and the front desk person was very friendly and courteous. We would definitely stay there again, or any Comfort Inn!

  Quiet with lots of grassy areas

  Very nice hotel for the price. Bed was comfortable and it was very quiet there. They also had lots of grassy areas to walk your dog and served a good breakfast. Will stay again if I'm in the area.

  Convenient, Affordable and Cozy

  This was the first time we used BringFido and it worked out great as we were looking for a place at 8 PM at night. I loved being able to find a place since we had our dog with us. We did have to ask for another room because the first one smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Overall it was a nice room, very cozy, and perfect for two people and our dog. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was an unexpected perk and the free parking was a bonus.

  Easy on and off highway

  We have stayed at this location many times in our travels between NC and NH. It is easy on and off the highway in a quiet area. Although the hotel is a little dated it is clean and check-in was easy. Plenty of space to walk the pup.

  Great one night stay right off the highway and plenty of room to walk your dog. We got a room on the ground floor and it was quiet and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again traveling I-81.

  The hotel is quiet but not too far from the freeway. Clean with friendly staff. Dog walking is excellent with a dog walking area right by the side of the hotel and fields out behind. Nice first floor room with easy access.

  Lots of space to walk dogs, near highway so easy on/easy off. Near plenty of places to eat. Large quiet rooms. Front staff and housekeeping very friendly and pet friendly, super clean.
