I would not recommend this place to anyone. We had two rooms. Room 103 was great, no complaints whatsoever; it was updated and smelled good! We also got room 123; it was cold, the heat and the hot water did not work! So then we get moved to room 125!!! Lordy be the walls were covered in cockroaches, what the heck!!! I took a bag of dead cockroaches to the front and checked out; they even knew about the bugs in the room! No refund or apology, nothing!! If you want a backwoods bug infested dump to stay, choose this!!!

This hotel was absolutely horrendous. The room was disgusting with hair everywhere, bathtub covered in mildew, and dirt covering the floor. The fridge did not work and smelled of mold. Upon returning for the night, our key card did not work and we had to be let into our room via manual key. Apparently the woman who let us in left a note for someone to fix it in the morning, but never informed me of this. The next day we walked back down to our room to see two men standing in our room with the door wide open and the door handle off while all of our possessions were in the room. I decided we were no longer staying here so the men left so we could "do what we needed" and they would be back to finish fixing the door. They told us not to lock the door so they could get back in.
As we were packing our stuff, my friend closed the door and we could not get out. This meant the guy had to come let us out of our room and his only response was "well why did you close the door." I went into the office and requested my money back for the night I would not be staying in the hotel and the man at the front desk told me that because it was after 12 PM (it was 12:35PM) that the room was mine and he had no authorization to give me my money back. I wrote down all of my issues with the room and told him I would be contacting them because he said he was not sure when management would be coming back. Later on that day, they re-rented "my" room out an hour after I left and I am assuming they thought I would not find out. I have yet to receive contact from management. This is a disgrace for a hotel and should never be rented.

The rooms were good for people with dogs. Room was spacious for 2 dog pens and non-rug rooms for any messes.

Are you kidding, BringFido? This place should not be open. It's 9:30pm and workers are still working on the 1st floor rooms. No elevator, pool is empty. Nothing like any of the pictures. Cesspool. Guy in the lobby doesn't speak English. Dirty and construction work every where. Got a jacuzzi room. Wouldn't dare get in it. Old and unclean. Ruined our trip to Pigeon Forge. My husband wants to leave. Only 3rd floor rooms available and only 1 way to climb up there. I am so disappointed in BringFido to even put this hotel on their list. I want my money back. Sleeping on top of the sheets, and other people staying there warned us about the breakfast. They said "Don't even go in there!"

Thankful to get a pet friendly room at the last minute. Staff was very nice. Room clean but outdated. Air conditioner worked thankfully (window unit). One nice feature - has ramp instead of stairs so much nicer for dog and us, as we were on second floor.

Safe Stay: Bear Mount Inn & Suites has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place. Hand sanitizer is provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.
