Nice clean room and green space for fido too

The hotel itself is very nice, with friendly staff, very comfortable beds, and a great hot breakfast. There is a large grassy area (not fenced) on the side of the hotel that can be used as a potty and exercise area for dogs.

Staff is very helpful and accommodations were cozy and clean. Wonderful place to stay with dogs. Breakfast was good. Will definitely be staying again when in town.

This was the first time we took our new dog to a hotel and it worked out very well. Tommy received a little goodie bag, and our room was located towards the end near the outdoor dog area. The hotel is also located across the street from a park and residential area, so it’s easy to go for a stroll. Our room was clean and comfortable and there was complimentary beer or wine for us!

Super pet and family friendly accommodations. My booking reservation calls with Tia at the front desk were great: she was patient and kind with my eagerness to know more about the pet-friendly accommodations and pool restrictions for our kiddos. Upon our check-in, we received a little welcome baggie for our pup: a sweet note, treats, and waste bags. I was pleasantly surprised that there were ZERO pet odors in the hallways, stairways, elevator, nor our room—everywhere including the pool was clean and tidy! The staff person working in late evening was super fast and kind to loan us the extra towel and linens we needed for our family of 5. Lastly, the free coffee was unique and tasty (organic with ginger and nutmeg) and complimentary breakfast was generous and tasty (variety of decadent coffee cakes). We look forward to returning.

I wish I could give 4.5 bones! Customer service was incredible! The room that I thought I booked was not the same as what we received but they were very accommodating and switched our room immediately. We have a 4 month old puppy. This was our first time traveling with a pet. The only thing that could have been better, was that I found white fur all over our room from the previous pet and the floor in the dinette was not washed well it was so sticky that when I put my flip flops in my feet stuck to my shoe. The room was very spacious. The breakfast was good! We enjoyed our stay very much!
