    Alpine Lake Resort welcomes dogs of any size for an additional fee of $50 per night. Only four rooms with Two Double beds allow dogs. Guests with pets must call (877) 411-3436 prior to booking to verify availability of a pet-friendly room or risk not being able to check in with a pet and/or incurring any associated cancellation penalties. Well-behaved dogs may be left unattended in rooms. There is a grassy area for pet relief on the property. Cats are not accepted.

      The room was quiet

      Check-in was interesting. Though I had already paid for the room through the BringFido, it took a bit for the front desk to realize this fact. I brought my small dog and got one of the “pet friendly“ rooms. The room smelled like a dirty dog, there was dog hair in the blanket on both beds. I also killed 3 spiders in the room. The resort is beautiful and I feel the hotel could be nicer. The negative reviews of the hotel are more demonstrative of my actual experience than the positive reviews. Would I stay there again? Maybe, but only if nothing else is available at the price point.
