  Good location

  Friendly staff, good location. Walls and doors not very thick so my dog heard everything! Side doors didn’t allow you to exit and re-enter so we had to always walk around which was not ideal. I passed through and chose a different hotel.

  Comfortable bed, great shower, accommodating to pets although not much place to walk them, convenient to local take out restaurants. A bit more than the usual breakfast.

  Smelly room

  I've almost come to accept that if you choose to book a room with low pet fees ($20-$30) the rooms are going to be either dirty, stinky or both; however after staying in other hotels with similar fees that were both clean and odorless, I'm not giving these hotels a pass anymore. Our dogs are clean and very well housetrained so paying to stay in a room that reeks of urine is just unacceptable. The room seemed clean otherwise and the location to I-80 was convenient. We only stayed one night as we were only passing through and thank goodness for that as I was getting headaches and nauseated from the smell.

  The room was wonderful. The hotel was more than accommodating especially as we got caught in weather/road closures and had to recheck in for a second night.

  Great Place!

  We stayed here on our way to and from our destination. It is a very nice, modern, clean hotel. We had two dogs and they were very welcoming. In fact there were a lot of people staying there with dogs and yet the room did not smell Iike “animal.” The rooms are large enough that you can easily get in with your dog gear (food, bowls, beds, etc) and it is not cramped at all. It has a mini fridge as well. Yes, the dog walk area is small - the lot next door is typical sagebrush, not much you can do about that out west, it people were walking their dogs there. They included a breakfast with scrambled eggs, ham, cereal, fruit, and more. The minute someone left their table, they cleaned and disinfected it. I was very impressed and will happily stay here again.

  Good location, but just OK

  Good pleasant service. Not much green area for big dogs. Room was mostly clean, but the pull out sofa had dirty linens. The front desk clerk was prompt in rectifying the issue. “One bedroom suite” was actually half a wall that separated bed and sitting area, therefore no privacy whatsoever. If I had a choice in hotels, I’d stay somewhere else. Not likely to return here.

  We booked last minute and really enjoyed this it brief stay! It was a clean and comfortable room that was perfect for us! Our dog Bogie gave it five paws also!

  This was a nice location, safe and quiet. Breakfast was good as well. We took our dog for a walk and everyone was friendly.

  I booked a room with a king size bed through this app, but we were given a room with two queen size beds because there are no pet-friendly rooms with king size beds at this property. The room description also states that there is a washer and dryer in the room

  Gone downhill

  I first stayed here in late 2015, shortly after it was upgraded. The staff was over the top friendly and accommodating (there was a blizzard and the freeway was closed, so I didn’t know how long I might have to stay.) The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast adequate. There is a small patch of grass for dogs, and bags provided. Fast forward to summer 2018 and I’m a bit disappointed I paid quite a bit more than other hotels. The evening staff smiled but were surly with one another and definitely not “friendly and accommodating.” The morning staff didn’t even look up and seemed annoyed that there were guests; the breakfast was sparse and underwhelming (not like I expect free breakfasts to be great, and I usually just have granola and yogurt, but the bananas were bright green and the hot food looked like it had been prepared hours before.) The room was still clean and the bed VERY comfortable, but the room and hall doors slammed loudly, waking me (and the dogs) up several times throughout the night. The mini fridge had no freezer. The best part is that the AC allows you to control the temp and the fan runs continuously, making for comfortable temps and white noise. Even so, I think I’ll try another hotel next time we pass through.

  Excellent breakfast and dog treats

  This Comfort Suites does everything right. From grey rooms, comfy beds and free popcorn and cookies all day long to fresh strawberries for breakfast. Dogs get a free bag of treats made by a staff member. Staff seem to love dogs. Rooms were very clean.
