Overnight here. Hotel was clean and bed was very comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful with my dog while I unloaded car.

Hotel room was very comfortable and even had a recliner. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our room had easy access out the side door to pet area. The pet area was very well-maintained and stocked with poop bags. Only downside was breakfast not included.

They gave someone a key to my room as there was a computer error, we're all human and make mistakes. They were mortified and multiple people apologized, several times. They gave me a free breakfast (there's only coffee in the lobby) and the lady who checked me in apologized profusely upon checkout. The room had a full kitchen, and plenty of room for Daisy to go.

I waited with my dog for 15 minutes at the front desk before someone came. I was told my reservations were for the previous night. The manager was called and she said there was nothing she could do since I had booked through a third party. She suggested I call BringFido which I did from the parking lot. After a 20 minute phone call, I was told that the manager, who I had spoken with, told them there was nothing she could do for me. There were 4 cars, including mine in the parking lot! I felt so disrespected by this general manager’s actions that I will never stay at a My Place again and will be contacting corporate with my concerns.

Very serviceable hotel if a bit sparse on some basics (for example, the room has a kitchenette but no dishes or utensils). A bit run down - TV didn’t work initially, in-room coffee maker didn’t work. But coffee is available in the lounge 24/7. The people who work there a very nice.

But it is about a half-mile from any sort of civilization. It is near the highway, but sound was not an issue. The rooms are clean, roomy, and nicely appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ample concessions near the front desk. There is a BBQ area with some grass for impromptu fetch sessions with your doggo. Rock Springs is a great little town, I just wish I was a bit nearer to it.

This place isn’t fancy, but it is clean, safe, and has great staff that were accommodating to our dogs. If I’m ever in this area again, I will stay here.

The room itself was very nice with a little kitchenette, very clean and quiet. There was only a small patch of greenspace to walk the dogs at and it was covered in poop. Also it was right where the barbeque/pavilion was so unable to walk my pup who's scared of strangers when people were cooking out.

I was not expecting this hotel to be so nice, it was just a place to crash on a very long road trip... but it surprised me. The front desk was friendly, the rooms were clean, and there wax lots of space outside for the dogs.

Based on the cost of this “budget extended stay” hotel, I was not expecting much, but figured we could deal with one night there. What a pleasant surprise when it was a newer, CLEAN, hotel with queen-sized beds (not double), a kitchenette, a friendly front desk attendant and no pet fee?!?! Wow! I would definitely stay here again, and won’t hesitate to stay at others in the chain.

It felt like no one had stayed in my room before. But beware that if you want to use the kitchen, you have to bring your own kitchen stuff of buy it from them. But the room was spacious and comfortable and the bed was nice and I enjoyed the recliner that’s as in my room.

My room wasn’t clean, and the location was a bit odd. The up side was it had a full kitchen. The down side there were no utensils, pots or even paper towels. I would not stay there again. I was exhausted from traveling and to tired to look for another location that would take dogs. There was grass but it appears this is a location where workers, in this instance road workers, stay while on the job. There was a dude sitting in the main area of grass smoking for most of the evening so it was not really accessible to use.

This property sits just off the freeway so it's convenient when you are traveling through. For the price, I was really pleased. The condition of the building and room was really nice and everything seemed very clean.

Some context of my trip: my husband is in the army, and because of COVID, I was forced to travel from Michigan to California by myself with my 3 large breed dogs and cat. (4 pets total: a newfoundland, German shepherd, golden doodle, and cat) I called BringFido to make my reservation here. My Place was clean, pet poo bags provided, quiet room with a great view of a nearby mountain, friendly check-in, comfy bed, plus the room had an actual functioning fridge/freezer, stove top, and microwave. Hair dryer also in bathroom. Plus they had paper towels and dish soap in the room for my use. The room did not have any weird smell unlike some of the other hotels along my trip. Plus they offer room delivery breakfast options. (I didn't use this option, but I noticed it advertised) Very close to several take out food options,, and the town was cute. I would 1 million percent stay here again!!

This hotel was the best hotel we’ve stayed at on our journey from Northern California to Michigan.
It was clean and modern, the grounds were well maintained, the room was nicely decorated. The front desk clerk was very personable and helpful.
There is even an outdoor grilling and patio area for guests who are staying on an extended trip.
Would highly recommend this hotel. And we will definitely be staying here on our return trip.
