    Great for pups and people

I immediately loved the outdoor fire pit, and Bella loved all of the fun sniff spots. This hotel is right next to a Tru hotel so she could sniff at both. She gets nervous when traveling but it was easy enough to find a TV alternative to our DogTV service.

Breakfast each day was nice-breakfast sandwiches like at Starbucks although they would also fix things to order if asked. Bella always insists on dairy with her meals and we brought some cheese but the milk at breakfast saved us a trip to the grocery. Bella also loved the egg and cheese omelets!

Fridge and dishwasher in the room made everything easy! I missed out on using the indoor pool because I chose the fire pit (with cocoa) instead but if I hadn’t had Bella with us I would have done both.

We will definitely stay here during our next trip to pigeon forge.

    Good stay

It was an excellent place to stay. We enjoyed the location. The only negative thing I have to say is the bed was the most uncomfortable/it was like it laid downhill. My husband nor I couldn’t get comfortable and rest! I would stay here again though!

    Good location

Good location if you want to spend time at The Island. Off the main drag so it’s easy to get from one end to the other without a lot of traffic. Breakfast was good. The only issue was the AC went out in the room. The staff tried to fix and when it became aware that wouldn’t work they quickly moved us to another room. Very friendly staff. Rooms are extra clean.

    Best breakfast ever!

Lots to love about this hotel. The breakfast buffet had lots of healthful items and the waffle batter was even whole grain buckwheat. There was an adjacent large field area in which to walk your dog and even throw a ball. Rooms were beautiful and large. Only downside was it was a bit crowded which was no fun during a pandemic.

    Good stay!

Our pup was happy here, plenty of room inside the room and the is a pet area with cleanup station. This hotel is a great location, across from The Island where you can walk your dog around the outdoor mall!

    Lots of dog families here.

So far very dog friendly. Very clean hotel. A spacious grass space right next door. A good walking trail nearby. A sign to put on your hotel door to say there is a dog in the room. $50 for 1 night or max $100 for two nights or more. We will come back.

    Great Place

Friendly staff, provided treats for my puppy when we checked in! They have a "pet pitstop" for pets to go outside. Plenty of room for her to stay. Ask for pets to be outside the room or crated for housekeeping to come in, but that's not bad. Will be returning!
