Great staff, fantastic food

We stopped here with our dog Bella on our way out of Gatlinburg. The staff was so kind to immediately bring her out a bowl of water and they came to check on us regularly. Other patrons and visitors to the shopping center stopped to say hi to her.
My husband got the cheeseburger tater bowl and enjoyed it. I got the rodeo burger, which was fantastic. I initially didn’t think I would like one of the sauces on it, but ended up adding it after having it put on the side.
We traded off trips to the bathroom so someone could stay outside with Bella and I wish there was a place like this near our house because it had the cutest little fireplace area a beer wall, lots of fun things that I would’ve liked to go inside to do or try, but wasn’t able to with the dog (which is totally understandable) but if you’re nearby, you’ll love it with or without your dog.

Perfect stop!

We stopped here last night after seeing the Christmas lights and then looking up a place for dinner on BringFido. My husband enjoyed his Philly cheesesteak and said it was the closest he’d had to an actual Philly cheesesteak in the south. I got a plain cheeseburger and some chicken nuggets so that I could share with Bella, which means that Bella had a very good night because she was also given a giant cup of soft serve by the staff (who asked permission first). We also enjoyed a peanut butter milkshake and a banana milkshake and my husband was thrilled to discover that they used real peanut butter and real bananas and not just syrups. This is a great place to stop. We enjoyed the casual atmosphere. The food was great and Bella had a blast. We have family in the area and will definitely be back!

Great for pups and people

I immediately loved the outdoor fire pit, and Bella loved all of the fun sniff spots. This hotel is right next to a Tru hotel so she could sniff at both. She gets nervous when traveling but it was easy enough to find a TV alternative to our DogTV service.

Breakfast each day was nice-breakfast sandwiches like at Starbucks although they would also fix things to order if asked. Bella always insists on dairy with her meals and we brought some cheese but the milk at breakfast saved us a trip to the grocery. Bella also loved the egg and cheese omelets!

Fridge and dishwasher in the room made everything easy! I missed out on using the indoor pool because I chose the fire pit (with cocoa) instead but if I hadn’t had Bella with us I would have done both.

We will definitely stay here during our next trip to pigeon forge.

We’ll be back

When our Airbnb’s pipes froze over Christmas, we were so glad to find this hotel. Not only did it allow us to bring our 60 lb dogs, but there was a special dog area just a short walk from our room (poop bags included). Dogs were the main requirement for our lodging options but this hotel also had a cozy fireplace, indoor pool with hot tub, and good food options at the bar/restaurant. We come to Asheville with some regularity and this is going on the top of my places to stay.
