Felt very pet friendly.

I had my cat with me; I had just collected her from the HARC and wanted to give us both a night to settle down after the flight. Other Ibis locations specifically disallow cats. I don't know if that's true of this one, but they didn't ask, and didn't seem to care. As far as hotels go, it was fine. The room was quite small, but it was well cleaned. All pet owners are placed on the ground floor. There's a small set of stairs leading to the ground floor rooms and no elevator access, so be aware of that if you both have a pet and have mobility issues.

For a dog friendly hotel they were not very dog friendly. The manager that spoke to me was very rude and abrupt unnecessarily. The bed was very creaky, it was hard and not at all comfy to sleep on. The pillows were clearly well used, very flat and very hard. Other than these things the hotel was ok, it was very basic for the price.

Safe Stay: Ibis London Heathrow Airport has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place.
