      Oh boy!

      Steven checked us in, was very nice, gave us a ground level room as requested. Today at 7am there was a pounding on the door, a staff woman, and security, demanding to know my name, stating there was no record of our being checked in. I gave her the information and she left “to see about this.“ I got dressed, out to the front desk where she said my information checks out. I told her that her behavior was insulting, inappropriately aggressive. She woke my 85 year old husband with her loud accusing voice. NO APOLOGY OFFERED.
