Best Western LumbertonVery clean, friendly staff, large comfortable rooms. Low pet charge. Have stayed here many times to and from Florida. Never disappointed.

Oh boy!
Homewood Suites by Hilton Kalamazoo-PortageSteven checked us in, was very nice, gave us a ground level room as requested. Today at 7am there was a pounding on the door, a staff woman, and security, demanding to know my name, stating there was no record of our being checked in. I gave her the information and she left “to see about this.“ I got dressed, out to the front desk where she said my information checks out. I told her that her behavior was insulting, inappropriately aggressive. She woke my 85 year old husband with her loud accusing voice. NO APOLOGY OFFERED.

Hotel from hell... literally!
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Shippensburg an IHG HotelChecked in, nice room, modern. Heat on thermostat read 76. We put heat dial on OFF, as that was too warm for us. Fan kept blowing hot air, way to shut it off. At midnight temp in room was 87. Called the front desk, nice lady said this was a “known problem“ at 1:30 in the morning we were walking down the hall in our bedclothes to another room. Needless to say we got no sleep and had a very long drive the next day. Called the manager from home when the charge for the room was on our card. She said no refund due to 3rd party booking. Please respond.
