    Great location.

Hotel room smelled like mildew and the floor was dirty pergola. They messed up my credit card charge. Fortunately, they were friendly and helpful. Not enough for me to recommend and stay there again.

    Service was eh

Fire alarm “low battery” went off EVERY MINUTE from 1 am on. Called front office and was told they couldn’t do anything about it. Not happy

    Great Place to Stay

I stay here every year with my pup on my way to and from Florida. Also, a very friendly staff, clean rooms and easily accessible from I-95.

    Good Motel

Reasonably priced and nicely appointed clean room. Plenty of places to walk our dog. The motel supplied poop bags and waste stations in the dog walking areas.

Only bad thing is there was a mirror across from the bed so when she saw herself she barked

    Great Location

Right off I95, convenient location, helpful staff, plenty of food places. Hard flooring instead of carpet was helpful, no smelly carpet. Well lit parking and safe.

    Great Hotel For The Night

Staff was friendly. I recommend staying on the bottom floor -No carpet. Lots of other people staying here with their dogs also. Free breakfast that was really good. Nice grassy area for walking dogs.

    Decent and inexpensive

We stayed in Lumberton in our way to Florida last week. 3 adults and one medium dog. The location is right off the highway which is good and it’s not really noisy once you’re inside your room. I didn’t realize that it was external doors and not doors facing the hallway. I generally do not stay at places because I don’t feel the security is as good. The room was a bit dated but adequate. The breakfast was in the lobby And it was pretty standard with waffles, pastries, cereal, oatmeal and some fruit. They were grassy places to walk the dog. Overall it was fine but there really was nothing to drive me back.

    Great location, great stay!

Right off of I95 and right next to Starbucks (gotta get those Puppachinos!) this was a great overnight spot for my dog and me. Nicely renovated and LARGE room, clean, nice breakfast. Would definitely recommend it!

    Good place for Fido

Nice clean facility, quiet and comfortable. Small but adequate breakfast area, with hot meal of eggs and meat as an option as well as the usual continental cold breakfast. $10 + tax added fee for a dog.

    OK for a night.

So-so facility. In a busy area with Lowe's and 24 hour WalMart next door. Many fast food restaurants nearby. We had good take out meals from Smithfield's next door. Not a lot of area to walk the dog but enough immediately around the motel to take care of business. Good for a one night stay.

Clean but stinky (old, smoky) non-smoking rooms

The maids have done the best they can to provide clean rooms and bedding in this old-style motel. Everything worked properly. The hotel staff were very pleasant an helpful. However, the rooms odors were hard to get used to. By the way, many kudos to BringFido's very responsive, very helpful staff. BF's Paula took outstanding care of us!

    Very Nice Place

The rooms are very nice and very large with a nice seating area. The place looks to be recently renovated and the furniture looked new.

The room was very clean and well maintained. Lots of grass area for the dogs. Looks like other pet owners were very responsible as there was not a bunch of poop all over the grass.

Rates were very reasonable and pet fee was $10. Will definitely stay there again.

    Correction

It was room 125, ground floor pool side.

I'd did request ground floor pool side and was originally assigned too floor Walmart side. The staff instigated it was a request. I know what request means, not a guarantee. They do not read requests, they could have at least given me a ground floor on the Walmart side or a top floor on the pool side. Instead I ended up in a smoking room. Drapes were dirty and I felt like I had bugs on me all night. I have stayed here many times, they put up a new sign but have done no updates to the interior in years. The new sign was added when Springhill suites was built around the corner.

    Wow gross!

I found three bugs in my room. Big crack under the door, had to use a towel to cover it. Carpet has holes in it, room 12. A/c cover on the exterior wall was falling off. We were approached by an man one a bike when we arrived and were asked for quarters. I would rather sleep in my car. It is a shame that we arrived late and travel with our 2 small dogs or I would have left. Never again!!

Great place to stay with dogs

Stayed one night in March on way to South Carolina with my 2 dogs. It was extremely dog friendly. Really nice area to walk dogs, very well lit at night. Love the fact that there is no limit to size of dog. Room was large and very clean. Will definitely stay there again!
