The walls were thick so that our pooch was not bothered by small sounds. This is a renovated, older motel that is very well maintained. There was a great doggie spot to go out and all of downtown Blowing Rock was in walking distance.

Easy walking distance to downtown. Room was a good size. Vinyl flooring. Clean & comfortable beds. A great shower. Quiet surroundings. Small grassy area for pets. This is an older motel and room smelled like it. It was okay for one night.
