Made reservations 2 days before checking in. Drove 9 hours to knock Roswell off our bucket list only to be absolutely appalled by the motel! We were not expecting resort or 5 star service but these people were rude! They lied to BringFido. They advertise that they only have 2 rooms for people with pets but we were given a choice of which room we wanted. They lied again about their pet fee...IT IS NOT $5 PER NIGHT IT IS $10! THEY LIED ABOUT THEIR CHECK OUT TIME IT IS NOT 11 IT IS 10:30. After 20 minutes of standing outside and trying to get them to understand reservation was made and me having to pull up the email and press against the glass the man then asked for payment...we gave him our cards and ID like asked and then he refused to hand them back to us through the slot until we signed the receipt...we told him no you hand us our ID's and card and then you get your signed receipt. I even called BringFido customer service and even they couldn't get them to listen. This is now being pushed up the line by BringFido to take action for this horrible experience.
