Great staff and very nice place. Also a great and uncrowded time to visit the Niagara State Park. It was a wonderful stay. Very dog friendly and good breakfast the next morning! We will be back!

Rooms are wonderful and include decadent fluffy robes! Cocktail lounge and observation suite made this stay even better. Staff is great. Agree with another review about the luggage issue, but you can park next to the building, unload and then move your car to the free parking across the street. The location cannot be beat and the view from out 6th floor room was nice—we could see the nightly fireworks. A fantastic place to stay with your dog! Coconut loved her stay as well.

My 2 pups and I were welcomed warmly by the front desk staff; however, the hotel lacks staff to help with carts and baggage handling. I am the only human in my group and so greatly appreciate when there is staff to help move bags from the car to the hotel room. This hotel has 2 sets of double doors making the luggage cart tricky and I had to park across the street. The only person who offered to help was a young teenage girl with her family who were also guests. For the cost of the room, this is surprising. The room was clean and close to the sites. So it depends if this is important to you.

We loved everything about this hotel. Starting with the easy late check in, the nice personalized welcome letter, room service breakfast because the restaurant wasn't open to the accommodation of a late check out the staff was friendly and helpful. Fozzie was able to visit the Skyview lounge with us. The rooms are amazing, large, comfortable and green to boot. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Couldn't beat the breakfast and the service! Hotel Staff are very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is great for dog owners. I even saw a pit bull come in. There is a grassy area on the side of the hotel as well as a pizza place. The room was spacious enough and the beds were great. The bathroom was huge. Parking was right across the sleep and the breakfast could not be beat. The only reason I gave 4, not 5, bones is the location.

This was a great spot close to the border. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are older but clean and comfortable.

I chose to stay here because of it being listed on this app. This place was fantastic. The green space for your pet is adjacent to the building, not very big but super close and plenty of room to walk.
There is a small additional pet fee, $30 I think but for the service and location to all attractions it’s well worth the rate. I’d stay here again for sure.
