      The worst

      No desk clerk to check us in for about 10 minutes, then my wife & I both had to present our photo ID’s. Why? Then the TV in room didn’t work, so desk clerk could not change our room & maintenance did not work weekends so I asked to check out and get refund, nope they would not even consider. She then called maintenance person who would come in, not sure when. We put all our luggage back in car & went for dinner hoping upon return TV would be working… it was! Room lacked soap, shampoo, coffee maker, no ice machine in building, empty ice trays in refrigerator & two flimsy plastic cups. Went to bed, comfy. At 3:15am - 4:15 am a group of 10-12 partied right outside our ground floor window & exit door next to our room opened and closed all night. Called front desk & of course no answer! Got up early & left. Ughhhh !
