Room was dirty. Kitchen area was old and needed updating - rust on appliances. Had no forks and very little utensils. Cleanest area was bathroom but dirty under sink area on floor. For what we paid, should have been cleaned better.

The people at the front desk were rude. Our hotel room had puddles of water leak into it and they said this was common but did not tell us this when we came in and did not offer any apology. Small rooms, overall. Would never book again.

Not a high classed hotel but I chose this hotel for sanitary reasons. Unlike other hotels there is No unsanitary carpet or bedspreads with “hidden” unsanitary stains. Although furniture outdated, it was clean and worked fine and beds comfortable. Helpful, friendly staff.

Good hotel with easy booking! We had no issues checking in and was able to get the 2nd floor oceanfront room requested. Staff was very friendly, free parking, outstanding view, pet friendly, and decent pools. It was evident that it was an older hotel that had been recently updated including the rooms with laminate floors(What a relief, no nasty carpet! Yeah!), and updated lobby area. Even for an older hotel, it looked refreshed and clean. The hallways were the only part that still seemed rough, but who cares, no one is spending time in hallways. If I was being picky, the downsides would be the low bathroom ceiling meaning the shower head was very low and the light switches were old and hadn't been replaced when the room was updated. Very minor issues. The hotel was located at the end of Ocean Blvd, so the area was quiet, safer, and less packed than places near the overrated boardwalk area. All pluses. Overall, clean, friendly and affordable pet friendly 2-star hotel with ocean front rooms. I would definitely stay there again.
