Location worked for our travel plans. Booking stated that pet fee charged at check in. The charge was $50 not the listed $35. Told the internet wasn’t updated…? Staff was courteous. Occasionally loud until 2:00 AM with kids in the lobby. We were in room 104 due to having a pet. The room was reasonably clean. Our first stay at a Hilton Blu. Might be back.

The staff are amazing, especially Brandon and Monday. Went above and beyond. Clean, cool lobby with a pool table, etc. Noise-canceling work pods. Rooms are nice sized.

Very nicely decorated, clean, sanitized stickers, and freshly updated with a modern flare. Dog friendly yet the dog “service” area (poo bags) is in the back lot in the rear of the property. I would stay here again!! Lots of amenities such as free 25/7 coffee, fruit, and a market to purchase anything you need even beer and wine. outdoor firepit going with lots of games such as a pool table, giant Jenga (outside), foosball table, large TVs in the lobby, complimentary water bottles in the room, etc. It would be a perfect 5 bones if they had more baggie stations on the property and I agree with the other reviewer about early morning noise concerns. We stayed on the first floor and because there is no carpet anywhere, next to the stairwell, kitchen, and side entrance door, you do hear doors slam constantly early in the morning (6am-6:30am). I’m glad though I did more research on Tru Hilton Hotel because of the 1 bone review I almost missed a wonderful hotel close to food, mall, pharmacy, easy to find, CLEAN, and comfortable for table beds. Will stay here on our way back but ask for a top floor room.

Beware if traveling with a pet. When I made my reservation with the Hilton App I indicated I had a dog on my reservation. The day before my check in I received an e-mail to check in with the Hilton app and based on my reservation I choose a matching room with 2 queen beds on the 4th floor. The next day when I arrived I was placed on the first floor room 107. Well my entire room was awaken at 5:30 am as the kitchen folks made noise in the pantry directly next door. My dog barked waking up everyone in my room after traveling 10+ hours the day before. No manager was available to address the issue on Saturday morning. I was informed the general manager would call me on Monday. No, call was received on either Monday or Tuesday. So if staying her or the attached Home2 expect the same level of service as they are most likely owned by the same management company. Also as all the rooms are tile floors in the rooms above it is noisy from above much of the night.
