      Terrible!!!

      Showed up at 4am after 12 hours of driving and the women at the night window was extremely rude!!! Tells me it’s gonna be awhile for some reason and then goes off and smokes a cigarette and then sits on the couch in the lounge. She provides no information or makes a reservation for me. She wastes my time and the little sleep I might get tonight. And after I wait 30 minutes she finally starts getting my information and my room information. And as soon as I say I have pets she closes the window hole and walks saying there’s no room for pets open and try again tomorrow. I also mention she says this as she walks away!!! Terrible service and waste of my time. The whole place looks uninviting (I saw some people using needles) do not go!!!
