  Great location!

  The staff were very sweet to our dog; we happened to stay at the hotel on National Dog Day! Easily accessible small park right across the street. Highly recommend!

  Beautiful facility

  The hotel has a feeling of being brand new. The lobby area is large. The room was beautiful and immaculate. The elevators are large and travel fast. The service was really good.

  Very Nice Hotel!

  Definitely a step above your typical Hampton Inn or HGI. Lovely restaurant, immaculate rooms and facilities and very friendly staff. Definitely pet friendly staff and atmosphere, with a small park across the street. Would recommend walking towards city hall rather than towards the lake on dog walks.

  So accommodating and friendly

  I had to take an emergency trip to Buffalo for work and my only option was to take my two Bernese mountain dogs. There was a huge snow storm the evening we were traveling and I was beginning to panic that we were not going to be able to find a safe place to stay but was able to quickly book a room through this app and check in to the Hilton just a couple hours later.

  I cannot say enough great things about this hotel and staff, even at 10 pm the woman working the front desk (I regretfully did not get her name) gave me great recommendations for restaurants that would still be willing to deliver food in the snow, was so kind to my pups and helped me out every step of my stay.
  The room was perfect and cozy! we are so thankful for BringFido and the Hilton garden inn being so welcoming to not just one but two decent sized dogs without a crazy expensive pet fee!
