Absolutely perfect!

The location, the staff, the spacious room. I cannot say enough great things about the River Inn and the friendly people who work there. Dog bowls and treats are available along with a small dog park that is directly behind the hotel. About a 15 minute drive from the National Mall, which both myself and two dogs had a great time exploring. Definitely worth a stay here if you are visiting the DC area!

So accommodating and friendly

I had to take an emergency trip to Buffalo for work and my only option was to take my two Bernese mountain dogs. There was a huge snow storm the evening we were traveling and I was beginning to panic that we were not going to be able to find a safe place to stay but was able to quickly book a room through this app and check in to the Hilton just a couple hours later.

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel and staff, even at 10 pm the woman working the front desk (I regretfully did not get her name) gave me great recommendations for restaurants that would still be willing to deliver food in the snow, was so kind to my pups and helped me out every step of my stay.
The room was perfect and cozy! we are so thankful for BringFido and the Hilton garden inn being so welcoming to not just one but two decent sized dogs without a crazy expensive pet fee!
