My owners finally took me on a vacation! The car ride wasn't too bad! We get to this amazing cottage with a quaint, wooden porch from which I got to lay and enjoy as mom had a cup of hazelnut coffee! My evening walk got cancelled due to a brief rain shower but that was ok! There's an outdoor, fenced area out back from which I got to chase a squirrel or two. There's plenty of windows to people watch from and the radio kept me company while my family went sight seeing! I was exhausted anyway from the hour and a half walk we went on Saturday morning. I got mom and dad up at 6.30 and out we went. We got to see some amazing history homes, walked alongside the river to Flagler College, down through the park to the cobblestone street shops, to the fort across the street by the Intercoastal then back to the cottage. Then it was nap time! The younger family entertained me by playing the piano was nice to see them focused on something other than TV and cell phones...it's been a while since I've seen my family play a board game. Well, guess it's time to pack it up and head home. Can't wait for all of us to come back! Fidos - you gotta talk your family into staying here! You're gonna LOVE it! It's like home away from home! What a comfortable home in which to stay with our dogs. Owners were very friendly and accommodating, and gave us lots of suggestions for dog-friendly restaurants in the downtown area, The fenced back yard and the adjacent park are really nice for the dogs. We'll definitely be coming back!

Nice newly renovated home in the Historic Lincolnville district of Downtown St. Augustine is near everything including a great park just through the back gate that your dog will LOVE! Fenced back yard is great for the dogs too.
