Boone Family Retreat offers accommodation in Lincoln Beach. All rooms come with a TV. You will find a coffee machine in the room. Rooms come with a private bathroom. Lincoln City is 8 km from Boone Family Retreat, while Newport is 28 km away. Guests can check-in anytime after 4:00 pm and are requested to check-out by 11:00 am. Pets are also welcome. Please inform Peace of Mind in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Blue Ridge Vacation Cabins will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of $45 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in
