    Description

    At the Seaside is set in Lincoln Beach, 9 km from Lincoln City. Every room is equipped with a TV and DVD player. You will find a coffee machine in the room. The rooms include a private bathroom. Guests can check-in anytime after 4:00 pm and are requested to check-out by 11:00 am. Pets are also welcome. Please note, guests are required to return a signed credit card authorization form and a rental agreement that will be sent to the guest by the landlord. Lease paperwork must be signed and returned within 24 hours of receipt of paper documentation from landlord. The reservation is confirmed once the landlord receives the completed paperwork. Guest will also have to go through a credit check as well. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that international guest must present their passport at check-in.
