Center Harbor Sutton House B&B allows one pet of any size for an additional fee of $25 per stay. Guests with pets are assigned to rooms on the ground floor. Dogs, cats and caged birds are permitted. Pets may be left in rooms unattended for short periods of time, but must be crated during housekeeping service. The hotel has a dog sitter available for hire if a pet needs to be left unattended for more than four hours. Four-legged guests must be leashed when outside of guest rooms. Dog bowls and mats are provided. There is a grassy pet relief area with a waste station on the property, and waste bags are available.

Housed in an historic Victorian-era home, Center Harbor Sutton House B&B features an outdoor pool overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee. Upon entering, guests can marvel at the mural in the foyer depicting Center Harbor circa 1865. Guests can check-in anytime after 3:00 pm and are requested to check-out by 11:00 am. Pets are also welcome. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Please note that only registered guests are allowed at the property. Guests shall abide by the property's policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00. Guests must be 23 years or older to check in without a parent or official guardian. Guests are liable for any damage to the property that occurs during their stay.
