21 Pole House Lane is set in Sunriver, 22 km from Bend. Rooms come with a TV and DVD player. You will find a coffee machine in the room. Every room comes with a private bathroom. Guests can check-in anytime after 4:00 pm and are requested to check-out by 11:00 am. Pets are also welcome. A security deposit of $600 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. - You will receive an email from the property with a confirmation and a document to be completed before checking in. - The cleaning fee is subject to tax. - There is 1 assigned parking space per unit. Additional parking may be available but it is on a first come, first serve basis. - Lock box and check-in details will be provided after the total amount has been fully paid. - Credit card payments are subject to service charges (4.2% of the total amount charged) to be deducted from the deposit during refund. - The deposit is refundable 1 week after departure date and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. - You are requested to send photos your valid ID and credit card before check-in (please photograph both sides of each card). - All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. - A security deposit is required for incidentals.
