Overall, it is a Super 8 and you get what you pay for. Nothing terrible, just not great. I chose to stay here because Super 8 doesn't usually have a pet limit (I have 2 large dogs) and they don't charge pet fees, however, this one had both. The clerk was a saint and let us stay despite the fact I had 2 dogs after driving 15 hours and arriving at midnight. Leaving review so others don't find out the hard way like I did.

The front desk was staffed, and the proprietors were helpful with suggestions for dinner and breakfast. Our room and the motel were clean and well-maintained. Sweet Springs is a hardscrabble community with good people. Be sure to check out The Last Chance Saloon for breakfast and Sherri Lynn’s Diner for dinner. Only negative at the Super 8 was the dumpster for dog waste.

They give me a pet friendly room that still had a couple of dog hairs on the bed. I give it 2 bones bc the room did not smell bad and the room fee was cheap. I got what I paid for.
