Manage your expectations and you will be happy. This place is not fancy in any way but it is clean and directly on the dog friendly beach. Nice lawn area with grills and gazebos. Very dog friendly and the pet fee is low. First floor is preferred since you can walk right out to the lawn. Second floor can be a bit tight in the hallway and the stairs are at opposite ends of the building. We will be back

The building is a bit old but the rooms have everything you need to make your visit more comfortable. Lots of puppies enjoying the beach. Very calm.

Cute little place right on the beach, plenty of grass and dog bags provided. Dog beach access, our dog loved it! Will go back again!!

Large grassy area to play, and potty. Directly on the beach. The dog friendly location is actually just next door, but not an issue as very few dogs on beach at any given time, and all well behaved and kept on leash. The motel could use a little TLC, but room was clean.

This place was super cute and convenient. We were between homes for the week and this place was a perfect little dog friendly getaway in the mean time. Right on the beach, with outdoor chairs, hammocks and a common area with a grill. We saw quite a few other people that had dogs there as well. Perfect for what we needed.

We stayed here and it was wonderful! Dog friendly beach front hotel. The dogs did great, the people were nice, and the dogs loved the ocean! Can’t wait to come back!

This is an older hotel, old style Florida. The furniture is worn, but the entire suite was spotless and smelled great. No carpet which I love and a full kitchen. There is a large grass area right outside your door and waste bags. Beach hours for cocoa beach for dogs during daylight savings are 8-10 am and 5-9 pm. Of course there were plenty of people not observing that, having dogs off leash and poop on the beach. The hotel is great.

Cute little hotel with a vintage Florida feel. Very clean and comfortable, but nothing extravagant. Being able to take our girl to the beach was awesome!

On the beach and very welcoming to dogs and their owners. Plenty of outdoor seating, nice grassy lawn, gas and charcoal grills, and adjacent to the part of the beach that allows dogs. The rooms are a bit simple and old fashioned, but very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked and, combined with a large fridge, was perfect for our needs. Hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. Pictures on the web are accurate. Highly recommended, as long as you’re not expecting to stay at the Ritz.

This cute little motel is right next to the unincorporated section of the Cocoa Beach beach, so dogs are welcome to be on the beach. Should you want to swim without your puppies, the incorporated beach has a lifeguard! The rooms are old-Florida cute, not fancy, but had what we needed, including a kitchenette, a pull-out futon, a television, and a huge closet. Housekeepers don’t barge in on your pets during your stay, and the manager is SUPER! We will be back!
