The owner’s of this resort have dogs and allow them to roam UNLEASHED. During our last night there while walking from our vehicle to our cabin one of their dogs (a husky) attacked our beagle who was on a leash. Luckily my husband was able to break up the fight and neither our dog, the owner’s dog or my husband was injured, but this could have been very bad. I WILL NOT recommend this resort as pet friendly or even pet safe. The dogs were with the owners and I believe their grandchildren. Other than yelling at the dog they made no attempt to get their dog away from ours. They did apologize several times, but it should never have happened. We told them their dogs should have been leashed.
