      Deferred maintenance issues

      It was a bit run down...the air conditioner didn't work and it was such a small room we did not get any sleep it was so humid and hot. Their drive is sand (probably should consider gravel) and is gritty on the floor from being tracked in so much. Towels were very dingy, so they looked unclean. Heater pieces were falling off the heater on the floor. So basically a bunch of deferred maintenance issues. Bed and bathroom were clean.

      Great experience!

      Room was lovely and clean. Atmosphere very dog friendly and fun. Enjoyed our stay and will be back when we are in the area. Enjoyed their roadside sign: "Starlight Lodge at Rockport Harbor. Pool, Suites, Wifi, TV and Dogs"

      Awesome stay!

      Very clean for a motel! very nice grounds! Awesome owners very helpful! Loved that they give you a code to check in, no office visit needed. Our husky enjoyed his stay as much as we did! nice pool and adorable fire pits for use. would definitely stay again with or without the dog!
