The Mercer is Soho's foremost luxury hotel, offering 75 guest rooms on six floors of a landmark Romanesque revival building in one of New York's most exclusive neighborhoods. The first hotel to offer an authentic taste of loft living, The Mercer is both home and hotel. Sister hotel to Hollywood's Chateau Marmont, The Mercer bespeaks elegance, subtlety and intimacy. An all-encompassing philosophy of distinction extends to every detail. At The Mercer, they regard every staff member as their guests' personal concierge and the front desk as their private secretary-an impeccable level of service that only a small luxury hotel can provide. Guests can check-in anytime after 3:00 pm and are requested to check-out by 12:00 noon. Both dogs and cats are welcome. After booking, guests will receive a payment confirmation email from VacayHome Connect that includes contact information for the local property manager. Please note that charges will appear on the credit card as VacayHome Connect. Guests will receive an e-mail with arrival instructions, terms and conditions, and optional additional services. Please note that the service charge is a limited incidental damage protection fee. Please note that select fees may be reduced or waived based on the length of stay. Guests must be 25 years or older to check in without a parent or official guardian
