    Edgewood Retreat is set in Seaside, 1.1 km from Seaside Carousel Mall. Seaside Aquarium is 1.2 km away. All units have a TV. There is also a kitchen, fitted with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. Guests can check-in anytime after 4:00 pm and are requested to check-out by 11:00 am. Dogs are also welcome. A damage deposit of $300 is required when you book. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older in order to check in without a parent or official guardian. Please note the property is completely non-smoking throughout. Parties and events are strictly prohibited at the property. Guests will receive a rental agreement from the property prior to arrival.
