Each spacious room has free WiFi. Guests can check-in anytime after 3:00 pm and are requested to check-out by 11:00 am. Both dogs and cats are welcome.       Great stay

      Check in was easy, room was clean, staff was friendly, awesome location, and best of all pet friendly. Will definitely be back when visiting San Diego.

      Across from Old Town

      Hotel was average. Parking a bit tight. Dogs welcome in Old Town as well as a couple restaurants there.

      Peaceful place to lay your head

      Staff was welcoming and amazing friendly with my hound. My dog can get a little nervous in new locations, but the beautiful grounds and overall quiet atmosphere put him at ease. Old Town San Diego was close enough to walk to from the hotel & dog friendly too. The room was clean and nice.

      Very convenient

      Room and property attractive and clean. Local restaurant had flyer in room and they delivered. Only negative is very minimal grassy area.

      Great Place in Old Town

      Nice hotel in Ol Town. Has a vintage feel but well kept up. Walking distance to the Old Town Historic Park, the trolley and light rail. Would definitely stay here again.

      Dog friendly & comfortable

      A nice, clean and family-friendly hotel. We were happy to find a room that was dog friendly & welcoming. Good location, 10 minute drive time to dog beaches, and very close to Old Town. The grounds are beautiful. I really loved the flowers & landscaping!

      Great, affordable, and pet friendly

      Clean hotel with friendly staff. Great location close to Old Town. Decent amount of green space for potty time. Pet fee is only $15 per pet per night

      Standard motel, convenient location (with car), friendly staff

      We visited during the pandemic, so it was quiet and just what we needed for a no-frills base to explore the area. It wasn't clear where to take the dog, so we used the grass by the sidewalk. It's a short walk from Old Town (below the freeway and train station), but otherwise not a happening neighborhood, but quite centrally located and equidistance to the beach, Coronado, downtown, Balboa Park, and North Park. Tip: If you tire of fish tacos and microbrews, try Convent Ave in Kearny Mesa for excellent Korean food!
