Description
Spacious vacation retreat Villa Maria is situated in a quiet residential area just 2 blocks from Main Street Bolton Landing. You can walk to the shops, library, museum, stores, post office and both Rogers and Veterans parks/beaches. It has 3 additional roomy bedrooms and a nursery/den to really spread out. There are 3 and ½ bathrooms total. Villa Maria has a spacious screened in front porch that is great for relaxing. There are both an upper and a lower deck on the back of the house. The lower deck is good for barbecuing and both allow you to enjoy the back yard.
