Really nice place. Rooms are modern, clean and comfy. They have everything you might need in the lobby. Really great with my pup (gave us a welcome bag with a ball and treats) and were very kind as I arrived at midnight, tired from a long day and drive.

Dog friendly hotel except for the fact that we were put in a room on the 2nd floor - since my dog is stair challenged, we were forced to use the elevator every time. The room itself was only a couple hundred square feet in size, so barely big enough for a human (let alone a four legged friend).

Hotel feels like a very clean and well managed college dorm with a convenient common area for socializing, games, food, and supplies. Very happy with our stay and would absolutely return if we’re in the area. Lots of convenient freshly mowed grass fields around the hotel, spacious bathroom, phone-based room key available, decent breakfast, free parking, and very functional room design (e.g. lots of entryway hooks, places for bags, a fridge, etc). No complaints at all!

The theme is Euro Hostel, minimal decor snd sound proofing! Pet room ground floor, facing cars out the window & exterior door banging late into the night. i didn’t get much sleep due to pup fussing at every sound! Couldn’t trust the customer with an back up Kleenex box, have to go down hall & ask for everything. They’re nice but when you’ve done a long leg and didn’t really have lunch b/c a windstorm blew part of it away at your lunch stop, you just want to minimize how many times you have to plod down the hall to the common area-yes, the whole social scene is there when you want to microwave (not in the room, no freezer either on the very mini fridge) what’s left of lunch for dinner & turn in.

A nice stop on our XC trip. Rooms were clean, a nice big TV and our dog enjoyed the treats and ball provided by the staff. Grassy area next to the hotel. Avoid the field beyond as it has prickers that got into her paws.

Very nice hotel. Hotel price is decent for room and amenities. Only complaint is pet fee is $40 with tax; that is overpriced.

We were welcomed with a new tennis ball and special treats. The hotel is conveniently located right off I-80 and has a large, undeveloped field next to hotel, letting the dog run and chase that new ball.

The hotel is beautiful and dedicated to traveling pets - even a treat bag upon check in with a list of local vets and pet sitters. The grounds are beautiful as are the rooms. Loved the eco friendly amenities. Great hot breakfast included. They even had an automatic pancake machine - you just waved your hand in front of it to get a freshly made pancake and all kinds of topping - even sprinkles! Love this place. Very friendly staff and incredibly clean and comfortable accommodations. Should get 10 bones!!!

This hotel is very dog friendly. They had selected a room for us that received little foot traffic and was away from the interstate. They have a large grassy area you where you can walk your dog. At check-in they even gave our dog a treat bag. The staff was friendly and provided suggestions of places to eat. The room was clean and met our needs. The beds and bedding were not as comfortable as the previous night’s stay so we are just rating this 4 bones.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Tru in North Platte while en route from AZ to Chicago! Bright, fresh hotel and very friendly staff, with a convenient location right off the highway! We received a doggy goodie bag upon check-in, and a fabulous complimentary breakfast before getting back on the road. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

So many dogs at this hotel, yet the grounds were clean and respected because the hotel provides lots of waste bags. They also gave Fido a welcome bag with treats and a toy. Highly recommend if driving across the state.

Clean linens, towels, bathroom, and good breakfast. The only thing not 5 bones, was our tv didn’t work. Definitely will stay here again with our dog, Banjo.

This was a pleasant surprise after 3 weeks on the road. Many hotels allow dogs but this place is truly dog friendly! Plenty of space to walk and a "welcome" goody bag for Trixie, a good night's sleep and a delicious breakfast for me. Don't expect frills, though. This is a "just the essentials, please" kind of place with a hip vibe.
