Love the solid surface floors. Usually fairly quiet but sometimes you can get a noisy neighbor, especially in an adjoining room so your pet hears more through the door. But the pet-friendly grass areas are a plus as well.

Hotel was clean and close to several options for food. Rooms were small but lobby had several activities/games available. Great breakfast included in the morning. Nice and quiet for our dogs with easy access to outside potty areas.

There’s a Petsmart next door and lots of grass nearby. There is a pet fee but they are upfront about it. Staff is friendly, rooms are nice. AC was loud.

From the friendly greeting at check-in to them saying hello to my Edna, this Tru is wonderful. They have no problem with your dog sleeping on the bed 😁 Nice quiet area and conveniently next door to a PetSmart.

It is a really nice hotel for dogs. The front desk woman was very excited to meet my dog. She knew exactly my dog's name once I added her to my Fido website. It was really nice to also be on the top floor for once so my dog did not really have to freak out about hearing people above us. Would stay again

We stopped on our way out to Colorado. Room was clean, no carpet and bed comfy. Staff friendly. Grass around property to walk my fido. School right across the street with larger areas to run. Just be sure to pick up after. No coffee in the room, but available in lobby. Refrigerator lacking freezer. Stopped here again on way trip back home. Will stay again.

This is our first visit to a Tru Hotel. Nice, new great location near shops, restaurants and a large grocery store. Plenty of light and electric blinds. Slept wonderfully. Definitely will stay at Tru hotels again.

The hotel is located conveniently next to a Petsmart and a Sprouts grocery store. There are restaurants nearby as well. The rooms are modern, decent size with a very comfortable bed and a large TV with lots of channels. Negative for me was not to have a microwave or coffee maker in the room. The refrigerator in the room did not have a freezer portion to keep my ice packs. And finally the doozie: the air conditioner in the room was VERY loud and no way to shut the fan off.

We reserved this hotel over three weeks prior to our stay. Upon arrival (after a very long driving day) we were told at the desk that we no longer had a reservation, that the reservation system overbooked and therefore the hotel took a first come, first serve approach (as we didn't arrive until 8:30PM). The gentleman at the front desk was eventually helpful in finding us another Hilton hotel a few miles away, but the damage had been done.

Linens and bathroom were very clean. Nice linens. Giving it a three because there was hair along wall edges from previous guests ore more. Elevator floors were very dirty from spills and hair... the kind of dirt that has been there awhile. The staff was super friendly. Price was excellent. Location was great. I wish I could give it a better rating but the floors just need to be cleaner!

Very clean, modern hotel with friendly stuff, we were surprised he was only a 2-stars hotel because it's so nice! there is a Pet Smart next to it and it's just 10 minutes from the Mutt Run Off-leash dog park (Lawrence has really a lot of big green areas and parks for dogs!)
