Our group was booked in for a 2 night stay in June 2021. We cancelled 2 weeks in advance due to group members being affected by COVID restrictions. "Superhost" Maryanne decided that she would be clever and not return over $400 of our money even though they fully booked out the premises to another group for the same dates. Take a look at how many people are being burnt by AirBnB and their greedy host cancellation policies.
