The hotel is a villa set in a garden with cedars and butterbush, 300 meters from the beach, 10 minutes by ferry boat from Piazza San Marco and overlooking the stretch of lagoon, which was the waterway entrance during the period of Serenissima Republic. 73 rooms, some of which are still in art nouveau style. Open air restaurant and bar in summer, where you can taste typical and high quality Venetian cuisine. Meeting rooms suited to welcome up to 80 people and include a private landing stage. Family rooms and handicap facilities. The hotel can be reached easily by car through the ferry, by boat line 17 from Tronchetto and includes free parking at the hotel. (Cars can be boarded on the ferry). 10% national VAT included. Local city fee is up to 3.20 EUR per night, per adult over 10 years old. The additional fee is excluded and it will be paid directly at the hotel.
