Great restaurant with room service.

The pet friendly rooms have very old beds and nasty stinky bed covers. The AC is either freezing or not functioning. The shower is cold and the window right at street level. The toilet never flushed and no I did not put paper in it. The food was poor and terribly expensive. Bad place to stay if your dog needs walking it’s not a great area to walk after dark. By contrast I am in another pet friendly hotel with comfortable beds and spotless linens. All plumbing works, AC is great. Nice area to walk the dogs bright well lit with lots of people about. Not one single thing was green about the Plaza very environmentally unfriendly.

I shouldn’t complain when a hotel will take 3 dogs (for a few). I think it was really Los Mochis I didn’t care for: lots of traffic, side streets have no stop signs or pedestrian crossings (I had to run with my 15 year old chow chow in my arms, in the dark!), and last, but not least, the hotel charged us $5 for two bad coffees.

We always stay here when we drive from California to out house in Puerto Vallarta. Very dog friendly. Nice size rooms. Great price for the room. Good restaurant at the motel. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended. Update: New company bought this hotel?? Reserved a king suite- only got a regular king, but still charged for a king suite. No refrigerator, and the refrigerator that they brought us full of mold. No hot water at all for the shower. Only about 1/2 of the items listed as coming with the room- not there. All new staff- front desk were OK but the rest of the staff not friendly.
