Safe Stay: Hotel & Suites Real Del Lago has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place, and meets the National Guidelines for reopening Tourism (Mexico) certification for safety and sanitation. Hand sanitizer is provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay and sealed after cleaning. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Contactless check-in and check-out are available.
