This location is also five blocks from the Luxton Museum and the Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies three miles from the Cave and Basin National Historic Site and the Sulphur Mountain Gondola 12 miles from Sunshine Village and 30 miles from Lake Louise. Hotel amenities include the lounge fireplace patio and complimentary lockers and tuning room at the lodge. The lobby features the Canadian Alpine Wall of Honour celebrating the achievements of the Canadian National Alpine Ski Team. A complimentary evening shuttle runs to downtown shops restaurants and nightclubs. Health club facilities include two whirlpools steam room dry sauna and exercise equipment.       Superb stay

      From check in to check out the stay was comfortable and staff very friendly. Checking in the front desk staff asked if we (Snow and myself) would like a bed and bowls brought to the room, we had our own so that wasn't needed but appreciated. The room itself was cozy. Travelling solo with one pet this wasn't an issue. People traveling as group or with more then one medium to large fur kid may find it a bit tight. Though pretty sure there other pet friendly rooms. Parking could also be an issue for those travelling in full size suvs, trucks, or with a roof rack carrier as the underground parking only has a height of 6 feet, barely. There is top side parking available, which I found more convenient as the door was next to the room and there were no stairs or elevators needed.

      When we arrived they were ready with a dog bed, bowl and new toy. Would book again.

      Pet friendly, great location

      Awesome location, in the heart of Banff. Our room came with a dog bed, a dog bowl, and a treat for my fur baby. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. They also include breakfast (sit down or grab and go). Would highly recommend.
