Located within walking distance to downtown Asheville, this cottage can accommodate two guests in one bedroom and one bathroom. Guests have access to the entire 700 sq ft cottage during their stay, including a private deck and parking space. There is a California King in the bedroom, and a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, and iron are provided. Premium Eco Sciences Soaps and Shampoo and bath linens are provided for guest use. Renters must be at least 21 years of age.
