Pestana Carlton Madeira Ocean Resort Hotel allows one dog under 15 kg in designated rooms for an additional fee of €25 per night. No excessive barking or aggressive breeds. Dogo Argentinos, Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, American Staffordshire Terriers, and Staffordshire Bull Terriers are not accepted. Cats are also welcome, but all pets must be microchipped, licensed, and registered. Proof of current pet vaccinations is required. Pets should be leashed or crated on the property. Four-legged guests are not permitted in the common areas or to be left unattended for over one hour. Please clean up after your pets and note that housekeeping services may be limited.

Safe Stay: Pestana Carlton Madeira Ocean Resort Hotel has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place, and meets the Clean & Safe (Portugal) certification for safety and sanitation.
