  Super clean rooms and restaurant

  Perfect location for the Music Hall and super clean rooms and restaurant with a good selection of drinks and food. Breakfast vouchers with a great selection and taste! makes a nice change from the free breakfast of powdered eggs and packaged muffins, fresh fruit and food! The rooms are spacious and updated! The blackout curtains are amazing! will definitely stay again!

  Central Location & Comfortable Rooms

  The Hotel Indigo was a great stay for a quick one-night stopover in KC. The room was large, comfortable, and affordable. Having two large dogs, I was worried about their first stay in a hotel but they did great and seemed at ease the whole time!

  Great Accommodations

  In the heart of downtown Kansas City. Fast, friendly and professional check in. The bed was the most comfortable in a hotel ever! Our dog loved walking around the city although there isn’t much grass. 🐾

  Overall good experience!

  Good option for a larger dog since the pet fee was the same regardless of size. Pet friendly room was on the end of the hallway with minimal neighbors. Was only there for a quick one night stay, so everything worked great for us and our dog.

  Great Hotel with Boutique Feel

  This hotel is in a great location and filled with charm. The hotel gives you that boutique vibe from the moment you enter the lobby and the rooms do not disappoint. They are spacious, and well-appointed in a retro theme. The staff are friendly and genuinely love pets. The only reason that we are giving it 4 bones instead of 5 is the hefty $40 non-refundable pet “deposit.” When we pointed out that a deposit denotes that it will be returned if your pet does not cause any damage, they agreed to waive the fee. However, pet owners should be aware that it is a fee not a deposit. Otherwise, this is a fabulous hotel!

  Slightly disappointed

  There wasn’t much of an area for dogs to use restroom close to this building and late in the evenings is nerve racking walked far. Also the hotel placed a few rooms with at least 4-7 people in them partying and having music on. My dogs barked often at those noises. They called me to come home immediately to stop the barking while I was at a celebration of life for a close family member.

  Good Hotel

  My pug and I enjoyed the hotel. People were nice to her and it was a very comfortable room. However, the only place for her to potty was about a block and a half away. Wasn’t much of a problem on our visit but definitely could be depending on the weather/age of dog. Also the parking wasn’t ideal since I was by myself and trying to get everything into/out of the hotel was a bit tricky. If there were 2 people, it would be totally fine.
