Our room was clean and was nice to have the option to leave our dog alone in the room as most places don’t allow. Only warning is don’t stay in room 116; it’s right beside the stairs and people thump up and down day and night.

Positives: friendly staff, convenient location to everything, dog cookies! Clean room, nice area for the dogs to sniff and do their business. Cons: I personally found the bed very uncomfortable.

Very noisy room next to stairwell and maintenance room. Counter in room was sticky from pop and windows had finger prints on them. Towels were not replaced. TV only worked one night and tried to call front desk and no one answered. Pool and hot tubs were good.

Pros - good bed and clean sheets. Cons - messed up and was on 2nd floor, no pet beds, bowls, treats. The room was okay at best and the old coffee was left in the coffee machine 🤮

Our room was double booked so they upgraded us to a suite with an actual fireplace. The room came with a dog bowl, poop bags, dog treats, and a west paw dog bed. I’m very impressed.

Our room came with dog beds, dishes, treats, and 💩 bags!! The dogs loved it! The only reason they aren't getting 5 bones is because they had us in a room really far from the pet relief area. Would've made more sense to be in the rooms that open onto it. Other than that, it was fantastic. We will stay there again!

We stayed for a night with our 2 big dogs and it worked out perfect. The location was good, it was clean, the staff friendly and very helpful. Given they just started back up after COVID we had to request a coffee machine and iron/ironing board but that is understandable.
The dogs were provided beds, bowls and a treat which was very nice. They also have a spot for dogs to use the washroom and provide bags and bins for waste.
I also liked that we were able to leave the dogs in the room while we went out for dinner. This was very helpful so we didn’t have to leave dogs in a car and rush through eating or get delivery.

nice room on ground floor with a doggie dish, blankie, treats and bags. quick and efficient check in, good food for the human . A great place in a great park.
