Large deck and yard overlooking the river. World-class fishing and rafting out the back door.
Ski Crested Butte and Monarch from Gunnison! Both ski areas are about 45 minutes away!
Secluded neighborhood only 2.5 miles from the town of Gunnison and all of its amenities.
Close to a number of outdoor recreation hunting, rafting, biking, hiking, climbing, skiing and more!
Within walking distance of the local bus stop to access Gunnison, Crested Butte, and Mt. Crested Butte. Relax and play on the river!
