2-Bedroom in Old Town
Location!!! Located on Remington Street, just a short bike ride or walk to Old Town or the CSU campus. Private, located on the back of a lot with lots of trees. There are new laminate floors and tile. A large yard to enjoy and plenty of parking. Two nice size bedrooms plus a sofa in the living room. South exposure allows lots of sunlight. This really is a 'gorgeous' unit. Completely furnished kitchen. Several restaurants at the corner of Laurel and College, or Cafe Vino is literally a one block walk.
